Order Processing

Orders usually ship within 24- 48 hours after your order is placed. We inform you when you order ships, provide tracking information and updates along the way.

Additionally, your credit card information is encrypted when it is stored in our network, protecting it from theft or internal compromise. SSL encryption ensures that your information is protected and cannot be read by others as it travels over the internet. The secure mode begins when you begin the checkout process. Your web browser will indicate when you’re on a secure page. You also can verify that your information is encrypted by looking at the URL line of your browser. When visiting a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from http to https. 

 

Furthermore, for added safety, if our customer service team suspects anything to be improper with your order and/or your credit card, we will contact you and get voice authorization from you.

Shipping Policy

 We aim to keep our shipping costs as affordable as possible.

SHIPPING METHOD:

We ship our merchandise Standard/First-Class/Ground via USPS or UPS and once your order ships, we provide you with tracking information, shipping updates, and delivery confirmations. 

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs are based on weight and the most cost- effective way of shipping our goods to you.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES FOR STANDARD/GROUND SHIPPING:

3 – 7 Business Days (Domestic USA)

10 – 20 Business Days (International)

NOTE:  Some overseas transit times can take longer due to location, customs, and duties.

NOTE:  Please add additional days to transit time during the holiday season.   

 

NOTE:  Customers are responsible for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties or taxes imposed by country destination (DDU).

 

NOTE:  Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes. Orders will automatically be cancelled and a Cancellation & Process Fee of 10% will be deducted from the Refund Amount.

Return Policy & Instructions

We strive to meet and exceed your highest expectations with every item we sell and the service we provide.  If for any reason you need to return an item, we hope to make the process as simple as possible for you.
 

RETURNS

We accept returns at any time within 30 days of receipt for any reason, provided that the returned items are in the same condition as delivered.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Here's all you need to do:

  • Please contact us at support@bearytahoe.com within 48 hours after delivery. In your e-mail, please include your Order # and explain the issue.      

  • We will follow-up with an e-mail containing shipping instructions and details that you can can print up and include with your return.    

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days. Items used or worn will not be accepted or refunded.  

  • Carefully pack the item, include a printed copy of the details we provided and ship it back to us per our return instructions. Please ship it back to us via a courier who provides you with proper insurance and a tracking # to insure delivery back to our location.  

  • The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and care of merchandise back to our location.

  • The cost of the item and original shipping costs will be refunded back to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected by Beary Tahoe. Please allow 3 - 5 Business Days for refund processing.     

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
We take pride in our quality control and packing. It is very rare, but an item can be damaged in transit. If an item arrives damaged or is found defective, please reach out to us to explain the issue and provide photos  to support@bearytahoe.com.
